With the pulley assemblies built, I went back and attached them to the forward channel on each side panel.
I noticed that one of the predrilled holes on each pulley bracket ended up over a larger tooling hole on the channel, so I drilled an extra hole next to it for a bonus rivet.
Now I can call the side panels done!
