These parts are done! I had to go pick up a 3/4" Forstner bit for the big holes, which worked great.
I also grabbed a long 1/2" bolt from the store and cut the head and threads off. Now I can use this later to bend parts with a 1/4" bend radius. I also dug around the garage and found a 1" diameter piece of rod, for 1/2" bend radius parts.
